"I was reading [Jane]'s blog about John Mayer and she bitches about him being too ugly to date and how can he possibly find women to be with. I'd jump him in a second. I also beleive in inner beauty and can look past outward appearnce. What do you think? Can somone be to ugly?

I've read the blog yer talkin about and after reading it I'd say that the blogger's just voicing their own opinion about their view on appearances; goin with the ever so popular "Reading a book by it's cover" way of thinking... and they see John Myer being a prime example...
Now, I also look more than what ya see on the surface; but, the women mentioned that Mayer dated were celebritites... When it comes to celebrity dating, I never assume it's because of love outright... celebrities date celebrities; it's just how it goes... mostly cause it's what the american public wants...
That being said, that's just how I view it... for all we know, those women really got to know Mayer and just really liked him enough to date... also, they may not have found him "too ugly"... Beauty is definately in the eye of the beholder... what one person finds ugly another person may find to be beautiful...
I used to have a crush on women like Rosie O'Donnell and Ellen DeGeneres; I just like funny women (or lesbians who were in the closet)...
Can someone be too ugly to date?... that depends on who yer looking at and how you view what is ugly and what is beautiful...
Yes, not a direct answer; but, that's how it is... if yer the kinda person who looks on the surface, then outward appearances are what yer gonna notice... if you look more into someone's personality, then you may find the ugly duckling is actually very attractive in yer eyes or the hot guy buying you drinks is a digusting prick after getting to know him...
