That's a tough one, I've given sexual advice to my friends and their is that tinge of awkwardness... don't think I've ever had to tell one they sucked in the sack (and not in a good way)...
How I would handle it would be to try and bring it up as simple "Shop Talk"... make it seem like yer just comparing notes on yer sex lives and then throw in the occasional "You should try this" every now and then...
At first, try not to come out and say that ya think she's unlucky in love because she's a dull lay... now, if ever she comes to you asking why you think they don't work out, then ask how her sex life is and give her some ideas she should "try out" next time...
Don't be surprised if she doesn't take any of yer tips and tricks advice... when some people get set in their ways, it's almost impossible to get them to try something different... if that's the case, then ya may just have to continue being there when she has trouble with men...
On a side note, don't suggest anything too crazy for her to try... keep it simple like reverse cowgirl if she's a basic missionary or on top type... if you happen to suggest oral as a possibility (if she doesn't do it) and she looks like she'd rather puke than think about it, then never tread there again... little things like that...
Just don't be too pushy or prying and keep being the friend ya have been and things will hopefully work out...
Also, make sure this isn't just what she wants... some people tend to sabotage their relationships out of fear of commitment and such... she won't just come out and say it; but, if you get that feeling, it may just be good to stay on the side lines and let her continue playing the field... just make sure she's being smart about it and using protection...
